These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PDFVoiceMagic application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using PDFVoiceMagic, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.

1. Use of Service

PDFVoiceMagic allows users to upload PDF documents and receive audio files generated via text-to-speech technology. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

2. User Content

By uploading files to PDFVoiceMagic, you retain all rights to your content. However, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and convert your files solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output.

We do not store your content permanently. Uploaded files and generated audio are automatically deleted after processing or after a short retention period (e.g., 24–48 hours).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the PDFVoiceMagic application, including its design, features, source code, branding, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the service provider or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

PDFVoiceMagic is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not make any warranties, either express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
  • Any defects will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFVoiceMagic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in US California.
